About
We built the robot the barn was missing.
Poultry robotics is crowded for monitoring, stimulation, sanitation, and feed. The one job no one had solved well is the hardest and riskiest of all: physically removing dead birds. That is the job Flock Sentry exists to do.
Why Flock Sentry exists
Across the industry, the mortality walk is the least automated, most labor-intensive, and highest-biosecurity-risk routine task in a broiler house. Labor is scarce, the work is dull and physical, and every hour a carcass stays in-house widens the disease exposure window.
Existing floor robots are engineered to drive around dead birds, not recover them, and most simply stop when the lights go out. We saw an open lane: a dedicated machine that recovers mortality from under low lines, in the dark, through dust, without frightening the flock.
Flock Sentry is designed to deliver the three values that matter most to poultry integrators and contract growers at once, labor relief, biosecurity, and welfare, in a single robot per barn. It patrols continuously, confirms every carcass before it acts, and reports true flock mortality to your phone.
We are engineering to a high bar, with welfare guardrails treated as hard constraints and every performance number framed as a design target until it is proven in the field. The goal is simple: a robot that lives in the broiler house and quietly keeps it clean, while the flock barely notices it is there.
What we stand for
The principles behind every design decision.
Biosecurity first
Faster removal shrinks the pathogen exposure window. We lead with the metric that protects the flock and the network.
Welfare is non-negotiable
Zero live-bird mishandling and zero robot-attributable panic events are hard constraints, not aspirations.
Honest about targets
We frame engineering targets as targets and validate them in the field before we claim them as results.
Built for the real barn
Dust, ammonia, darkness, and washdown are the design point, not edge cases.
Simple for the grower
Powerful autonomy underneath, a calm two-tap experience on top, with minimal technical burden.
Scales by the network
One robot per barn, managed across many barns, so integrators can roll out with confidence.
